Anastasia Zotali

Through her work as a plant-based dietitian and nutritionist, Anastasia recognized the deep link between soil and plant health, and human well-being. This insight drove her to explore permaculture principles, eco-projects, and community-building initiatives across Greece and to raise awareness about these important efforts in her network. In addition to her nutritional practice, she engages in seminars and project support to advocate for a more conscious, interconnected way of life. She is inspired by the work of her team and the mission to create lasting changes for a sustainable future. Convinced that ideas can spread rapidly in today’s world, she believes in harnessing the power of technology to share important messages and raise awareness but also to cultivate and grow a network of like-minded individuals dedicated to creating a sustainable and regenerative future.
