Aim
The aim of this training is to engage in, support and facilitate accelerated learning and collaboration among youth workers and youth leaders of the numerous European regenerative initiatives partnering in this project.

About the trainers
Chan Sac Balam
Co-founder of Permalab in France
Besides having extensive farming experience in various regenerative pilot farms in France and Mexico, he is also founder of PermaLab, an organization specialized in regenerative farming and hydrological design. Their work focuses on education, consultancy, land and farm planning, design and implementation of many regenerative agricultural operations in France and abroad.
He is also member of the administration board of ADAF (Association Dromoise de AgroForesterie) who supports farmers in their transition to regenerative agroforestry models and he brings to the European context the widely respected educational philosophy developed at Wilderness Awareness School (Washington, United States), which trains youth and adults to use traditional ecological knowledge blended with the benefits of modern science.
Igor Louboff
Associate at Coop des Territoires
Igor is associate in the Coop des Territoires and coordinator of the project Passerelle Normandie. Igor holds a Master in Social economics and a Master of Science in Development studies. Before the creation of La Coop des Territoires, Igor has been involved in the creation of several social and sustainable development projects. These projects aim at offering alternative ways for the youth to learn a trade and new skills providing a first-hand experience of a rural lifestyle to youth seeking new ways of living etc. These different projects all explore new ways of providing the youth with inspiring alternatives to the conventional work and lifestyle opportunities society tends to offer.
