In the frameworks of an online webinar on olive farming practices organized by wikifarmers, we had the opportunity to share about our olive farming practices in our regenerative farm.
Panos, who is co-managing the land gives an insight into the importance of organic matter in the soil, water retention, biodiversity and crop yield, while Sheila and Giuseppe give a broader vision on the #RegenerativeFarmingSupportProgram and regenerative farming techniques.

Guest Speaker and facilitator at the European Permaculture Convergence
Sheila from The Southern Lights was a guest speaker at the economy day of the European Permaculture convergence, where she discussed the role and interconnections of the family business silver leaf for the non-profit activities of our organization The Southern Lights. At the same time she facilitated the day Farming with Nature, with guest speakers such as Simon from Permalab, Giuseppe from Regen and Dimitri from Mazi farm.
