Bioregional Weaving Lab Bootcamp Greece

BWL Bootcamp Greece
Dates: 26-28th June 2026
This bootcamp aims to support Eco Projects and other groups of people in Greece in their start or early steps as a bioregional weaving lab.
Key learning topics will be 'how to lead multistakeholder collaborations', the role of such initiatives through the lens of other big actors and frameworks such as the EU, and the sustainability of such initiatives, looking at the financial side of them.

Aim
The aim is to develop the capacities of the participants to bring resilience to our bioregions and create locally-embedded but far-reaching impact networks for regenerative transitions across the various sectors within which we work.

About the trainers
Sheila Darmos

Trainer
Sheila Darmos is a third generation farmer and a social entrepreneur in the agri-food sector and civic engagement field in Greece.
Her key focuses lie within her lived physical and social environment, namely the farming and rural communities, and thus a systemic approach to enable transitions towards regeneration in a holistic way.
Her dedication to soil and thus ecosystem restoration translates into her key aims of transforming the farming sector in Greece through her initiative “Regenerative Farming Greece”, and is evident also in her own farming operation on “The Southern Lights” farm, in the community projects she runs through her non-profit organisation “The Southern Lights”, in trainings and public speeches in Greece and Europe through her active involvement in EARA.
Sophie Lambrou

Trainer
As a Co-founder of Impact Hub Athens—part of the world’s leading network for social innovation—Sophie empowers entrepreneurs to tackle systemic social challenges through sustainable initiatives. With a background in the Madrid Impact Hub hosting team, she specializes in community building, design thinking, and participatory leadership. Beyond her work with the Creative Society consultancy and her global research on youth entrepreneurship, she lectures on social entrepreneurship at IE Business School’s MBA programs. She holds a degree in Management Science and Technology and has extensive leadership experience within AIESEC at both local and international levels.
Noa Lodeizen

Trainer
Noa Lodeizen is a prominent social entrepreneur and the co-founder of Weaving For A Thriving Planet, an initiative under Ashoka in the Netherlands. She has been recognized as an Ashoka Fellow since 2015, reflecting her commitment to social change and innovation. Lodeizen's work focuses on fostering collaboration and creating impactful solutions to address pressing global challenges.
Her passion for social entrepreneurship and the mission of Ashoka, which promotes the idea of "everyone a changemaker," has been a significant driving force in her career. Lodeizen believes in leveraging collective efforts to create sustainable change, particularly in the context of environmental and social issues.12
