The Team
Emily Antoniadi
Emily is a strategist, facilitator, network catalyst and mushroom grower based in the Peloponnese mountains. She holds extensive experience in organisational purpose and behaviour change strategy, regenerative design, community organising and facilitation. Integrating living systems frameworks and principles, her work centers on the question of how place-based collaboration and strategy can support circular economies and resilient communities. Emily is the founder of Mycorama, an award-winning project exploring fungi's infinite potential to support healthy ecosystems, communities and economies, and co-initiator of Doughnut Economics Greece, an impact network for a holistic transition to a thriving economy. Emily supports The Southern Lights' strategy and the evolution of Regenerative Farming Greece, with a focus on network cultivation and weaving connections between stakeholders within the system, partnerships and advocacy.
