Bijan Zintel

After spending most of his adult life in Berlin‘s gastronomy scene, Bijan escaped the Germany scene in the summer of 2021. He fell in love with Greece but even more with finally being able to lead a lifestyle that allows him to maintain a healthy body, mind and soul. Since then Bijan’s connection with food and nutrition has changed and rechanged, to a point where he now starts to see the deeper relation between our diet and all other aspects of our life and our being.
When Bijan met The Southern Lights team, inevitably the idea sparked to team up and further our mutual intentions to keep deepening this path of food-soul connection in a regenerative context.
