is a non-profit organization based in the South of Peloponnese in Greece in a beautiful agroforestry farm. Our mission is to spread knowledge, techniques and the mindset for regenerative practices in all domains of human activity. Through workshops, networking and building active and alive examples of regenerative practices in close collaboration with other organizations, public entities and ecological enterprises.
Our long-term plans to develop the infrastructure of our project base progressed a lot during the last few months.
On the one side, the lockdown did not allow us to do the tour as planned, so we invested more energy and time in our project base. Further our European Solidarity Corps program helped a lot, as did the Points of Support program fund that we won and the fact that the Free and Real crew decided to join us for 10 days, all this helped us a lot to make this huge progress.
What we finally built...
The hexa house
A 13m2 tiny house with a hexagon structure, straw walls, elevated from the ground.
Common office renovation
With the precious help of our European Solidarity Corps volunteers we renovated big parts of one of the rooms in the house in our project base to become a shared office and crafts room, hosting small workshops and working teams and greatly improving the capacity of our project base.
The sky house
A 9m2 tiny house with a roof deck, balcony on 3 sides and straw clay walls for ideal insulation and breathability, as well as saw dust insulation in the roof.
The Tour got interrupted a few times, but in-between the lockdowns we were still able to do already two of the planned events. See what we did so far

Food Forest Planting in Kindergarden in Attiki
We had the pleasure to plant together with children of the Walddorf kindergarden "Karydia" in Kifisia Attiki a food forest. We learned a lot and enjoyed the process. We hope the food forest will become integral part of the kids´life in the kindergarden and will give them opportunities to discover and connect with nature and themselves.
We are looking forward to more activities like this.
To our great pleasure and honour we were part of designing and implementing a new agroforestry aka food forest with the support of Helidoni fund and the great help of our European Solidarity Corps volunteers in the new eco-project Dharma Sporoi as part of our Food Forest Tour.
Since the best time to plant a food forest is autumn to spring, and lockdown restrictions don´t allow us to do the events or travel around, we decided to support the projects that are part of the food forest tour, from distance. This means we support them into sourcing the necessary materials and plants and guide them where necessary in the design and planting of their food forest - from distance. And then we plan to do the events to share the knowledge and the practices of regenerative farming with a broader audience once the lockdown restrictions allow it, probably in summer.
We are looking forward to it - until then go and plant your own little or big food forest.

Our friends from Afthonia project in Lemnos are unstoppable. All winter long they plant, prune, renovate and prepare for - well .. life. A few days ago they received their bare root plants, and together with their team they will plant them.

We bring food forests everywhere
To eco-projects, community spaces, to the city, kindergardens, schools, islands, villages
A food forest is a complex system with high biodiversity, comprised of trees and plants that provide food - fruits, nuts, edible leaves, flowers, roots.
But it does not only provide food. Being a forest on a small scale, it gives the opportunity for people, of all ages, to reconnect with nature, to learn how their food grows, to have a piece of paradise in their backyard, their school, their neighborhood, in the citiy’s main square, their workplace.
A forest is the perfect example for diversity and harmony, collaboration and interdependence.
We as humanity can learn a great deal from interacting and observing a forest.
That's why our mission is to bring them everywhere.
We run an agroforestry demonstration site, modeling dozens of practical, personal and community-scale solutions to common challenges around the regeneration of soil, water, food production, and more effective ways to self-govern and manage the economy, using permaculture as our guiding design approach.
By organizing learning experiences for people from the local area and abroad. Through workshops, European youth mobility projects, volunteering, on-site practical application and communication we create hubs for people to share and discover ways of deepening their understanding of regenerative living.
By co-initiating the REGEN network: a collaboration platform to coalesce eco-projects around Greece and abroad. Our organization has launched interactions, online and in-person, aiming to render visible, connect and support different people and groups involved in guiding their own communities to an ecologically regenerative, economically viable & socially just future.
About regenerative practices and non-regenerative ones, by online and offline communication. We write articles, create social media content and give talks, interviews and presentations in events, and festivals with the aim of informing people about the enormous potential that agriculture has to hurt and to heal our natural and social systems.
A small piece of paradise.
Near the ocean.
About loaded particles.
with the will
This is our journey.
Have you seen what happens in the Sky, when loaded particles created by the earth and the sun collide?
A miraculous light spectacle appears up in the sky near the poles of the earth.
Dancing lights. To the music of the universe.
This spectacle can not be seen from where we are. But it’s what happens when humans likewise loaded, with passion and curiosity, come together.
The miracle begins.
Let us come together. Let us listen to each other. Learn from each other. Inspire each other. Empower each other. Let's create together. Resilient networks. Self-reliant networks. Self-sufficient. Let us create places of abundance. Forests of fruits and food for thoughts. And let us amaze each other. Create lights that shine far beyond the sky. Let us love each other. Ourselves. Without conditions.
Let us find peace and let us listen inside us. Come to us. And see, it was there all along.
The beauty and the strength.
To change everything.
bright shining lights all over the world
THE REGEN NETWORK
It´s time to unite
To unite and support people in Greece and beyond that are actively contributing to a change towards regenerative practices, we co-initiated the REGEN Network Greece together with Mazi farm.
Through regular meetings, we build trust among each other which we believe is the foundation of all successful collaboration.
